CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS
certified translations (1125 characters including spaces per page) – this is a special type of translation mainly for the needs of state offices (e.g. Registry Office, Transport Department), courts, prosecutors’ offices, hospitals.
A certified translation must always be sealed by a certified translator, listed on the list of such kept by the Ministry of Justice, and holding appropriate entitlement to perform such.
Certified translation has official authority and the translator, whose seal appears on the document, is responsible for any translation errors.
A certified translator is obliged to maintain confidentiality as to the content of translated documents. The translations can not be disclosed to third parties. Certified translations always require certification by a certified translator.
Their services also include, among others, interpretation during notarial activities, i.e. interpretations performed under oath. Certified translations include, among others translations of:
